Located on Finca Lerida’s Coffee Plantation, La Brulerie offers great food with sweeping views of the mountains of the coffee region. If it’s early grab a cocktail on the balcony and enjoy the hundreds of varied colorful wild birds flying around the gardens. Go inside for dinner where you can enjoy delicious locally fresh fare including trout caught from the river, suckling pig raised on their property, and smoked tomato soup from tomatoes grown in their greenhouse. The coffee deserts, made with estate coffee, and tree tomato desserts were especially good. The service was great. While this is a pricier option for the area, if you’re staying at Finca Lerida, it’s incredibly convenient and the food is very good quality.
