Located in Port Townsend, the Silverwater Cafe serves good meals using fresh, locally farmed ingredients. Located in an old downtown Victorian building, they have a restaurant, cocktail bar, and top floor intimate and lovely movie theatre serving food and beverages. The restaurant tries to reduce their carbon footprint by giving table scraps back to the farmers they purchase from for compost.
