This cozy restaurant nestled into a small square in Taormina served one of the best meals we’ve ever had, in every way. The vegetables were excellent, the truffle pasta was outstanding, and the fresh fish was amazing. We highly recommend the catch of the day: you’ll get to pick out the fish you want from a tray, with helpful explanations and remarkable presentation from your server. For the most impressive show, have your fish baked in a salt shell. Your server will bring the fish to your table, crack the shell, and fillet it in front of you. But the bread crust option is great, too. Rosso Divino began as a wine bar, and that origin manifests itself in an excellent wine list.
