If you want an amazing, albeit a somewhat splurge -but shockingly reasonable for what it is, dinner, you must stop by this 1 starred Michelin restaurant. Shockingly unpretentious for a Michelin star, we were greeted by the chef at the door and in a combo of my broken french and his English we were ushered into a modern looking dining room. You have a choice of prix-fixe menu and while the menu of the day was exceptionally good, the chef tasting menu was out of this world. The chef came back to the table and gave us some options, took dietary restrictions, and whipped up masterpieces soaked, rolled, and wrapped in truffles. All in all a 4 course tasting menu spun into 9 courses, each inventive, local, and delicious. It felt like an intimate dining experience of top-line local cuisine.
