Opened in 1967 as a disco nightclub, Grizzly House began serving fondue to comply with local liquor laws. It’s now a Banff institution. The interior reflects the institution’s beginnings (think 60s disco), but the attraction is now the fondue dinners. On each table is a working old telephone which before iphones, let singles meet at the club.
