In a country famous for sausages, in a town that has the nation’s best, this place has the best in town. Bratwursthäusle has been in business since 1313, so they must be doing something right. The sausages are freshly prepared daily by Hausle’s own butcher, fired over a beechwood grill. It’s a very limited menu: bratwurst and sides. Cash only, and if you’re in a hurry there is a to-go option.
