This is an extremely popular sausage purveyor in Salzburg, and is still run by the same family of butchers as when it started. It started in Salzburg and eventually became an Austrian classic. They sell various types of “Bosna” which is a type of hot dog combo of grilled pork bratwurst, onions, parsley, and spices served on white bread. Have lunch here if you can!
