This is the only lodging in Glacier Bay Park. There’s a series of nice rooms in the trees overlooking the water connected by boardwalks to the main lodge area. The lodge itself has a good dining room – which is good because there is no other dining option nearby. The lodge has a bus that meets the flight from Juneau – so no need to arrange transport. I would suggest getting dinner reservations in advance however. The dock for the boat trip to Glacier Bay is about a 5 minute walk from the Lodge. There’s also some pleasant short trails nearby.
