Gorgeous waterfall on the way to Hana – probably the most impressive as three falls cascade into a fern filled basin. You can walk to the falls and swim below them but the “trail” is slippery and is basically muddy rock scrambling. Don’t try it in flip flops. It leaves just on the far side of the bridge (as you head to Hana), just on the left (ocean side), where there is a steep climb down. Then follow the “trail” under the bridge. If you want easier access use the Pua’a Ka’a park further along.
There is NO parking at the falls – keep going up the road about 800 feet and look for parking on the left.
