This is one f the prettiest towns anywhere. Old west meets Rocky Mountains. As a major ski resort there are a ton of activities – skiing in the winter, hiking, fly fishing, 4 wheel drive tours, horseback riding, a via ferreta, and many others. You can stay in two (our recommendation) or in the mountain village – a short drive or gondola ride away from town but up on the mountain.
