These caves are amazing (and I’ve been to a lot of caves). It’s absolutely enormous, with 3 separate chambers, a massive canyon, and a huge river with waterfalls and rapids far below.You take a guided hike through the caves (approx 2 miles) which winds you up and down about 400 steps so get ready to walk. After a 10 minute hike from the ticket center to the cave entrance, the first part you come to is the “Silent Caves” without running water. The second part is the “Murmuring Water Cave” with the aforementioned giant river at the bottom. You wind high above the river, crossing a footbridge 150 feet above the water below. Once you exit the cave, I suggest you opt for the scenic walk back (guides are standing by to direct you). There’s a cafe on site if you have extra time to kill before your tour.
