Ronda is where modern bullfighting was born and this was the first purpose built ring (before that fights were using conducted in the main plazas). Even if you are morally opposed to the sport, it’s part of Spanish history. There is an interesting museum on site. After you can wander out into the ring and salute your 5,000 fans. Actual bullfights are only during a festival in early September and tickets sell out immediately months in advance–avoid going to a bullfight because it’s really awful for the bull.
