This impressive and ornate building is worth visiting just for the art deco decor, but be sure and pay to go inside and climb up the stais to some very impressive murals, icluding a famous Diego Garcia mural that was initially comissioned for display in New York but cancelled when Rivera insisted in inckuding a likeness of Lenin in the mural – and it ended up here.
