One of the two fine arts museums in San Francisco, the de Young Museum houses a variety of artists with a constant rotating special exhibit. The copper building is slowly oxidizing to green in the park and sports a tall tower (free to go to the top) that gives a 360-degree view of the city. Located in Golden Gate Park.
