A short walk from downtown Akureyri, this garden is one of the most northern botanical gardens in the world. It’s a beautiful display of thousands of different types of plants, well organized by region. Walk the paths of this free garden and enjoy a lovely and peaceful setting. There is a nice looking cafe in the middle of the park to grab a drink or a bite to eat.
