Even if you don’t like jazz, Danilo’s Jazz Club is really fun. As part of the American Trade Hotel, this venue has live concerts on the weekends with artists both local and international. Grammy winning and internationally renowned Panamanian jazz pianist and composer Danilo Perez dreamed of bringing a world-class jazz club to Panama; that’s just what Danilo’s strives to do. The club seats 50, and offers great food and beverage menu. It’s loud inside, so we opted to sit in the courtyard outside, but we could still appreciate the artists within. The concert we caught was a blend of jazz with Latin flare and was thoroughly enjoyable.
